T C Chrome refurbishes a wide variety of rolls for printing and industry. We repair any damage to the journals , rebuild to original size ,grind and repair body as required copper plate and build up with hard chrome and grind back to original size.We can then polish to mirror finish as required.Industrial rolls can be repaired in the same manner,rebuilding the journals back to original dimensions ,repairing damaged threads and keyways as necessary.Rolls are set up and checked to make sure the journals and body run perfectly true and dimensions are double checked.
