T C Chrome repairs hydraulic cylinder rods for the construction industry and the hydraulic cylinder repair industry.Rods are checked for damage straightness and correct size.Rods are cylindrical ground undersize,damage repairedand hard chrome plated oversize.After plating rods are reground to correct size,polished and rechecked for size and finish before wrapping and shipping back to the customer.T C Chrome will also repair spool valves for the hydraulic industry.This involves grinding undersize,repair damage if necessary,masking areas that do not need chrome ,chroming oversize then grinding to finish size usually within .0001" to .0002".
